Privacy notice

This notice explains how Bohundefence handles the basic contact information submitted through the public website.

Do not submit classified, export-controlled, operationally sensitive or otherwise restricted information through the public forms. If a discussion requires sensitive material, an appropriate channel can be arranged after initial contact.

Information collected

The contact forms may collect your name, organisation, work email, the service route you selected and the market-entry decision you describe.

Why it is used

The information is used only to review your enquiry, respond to you and determine whether a Bohundefence engagement may be appropriate.

Form processing

Public contact forms are processed by Formspree. Information submitted through a form is therefore transmitted to and processed by Formspree under its own privacy and security terms. You may instead contact hello@bohundefence.com.

Retention and sharing

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential professional relationship or meet applicable legal obligations. It is not sold. It may be shared with service providers used to operate email and website forms, or where disclosure is legally required.
