Europe market entry

Battle-tested in Ukraine. Ready for Europe?

I help Ukrainian defence and dual-use companies turn international ambition into a concrete European market-entry strategy.

Discuss European expansion →

Earned trust from skeptical international institutions for Ukrainian wartime work: NATO-related engagement as adviser to Ukraine's MoD, and donor fundraising with GIZ, GMF and People in Need.

You have a working product. You have customers, or battlefield validation, in Ukraine. Now you want to know where the next market actually is — and how to get taken seriously by people who've never had to make a decision under fire. “Battle-tested” opens the door. It doesn't close the deal on its own.

Advisory

Where clients need senior judgement

Which market first?

Where there is real institutional and commercial demand for what you do — not the market that simply looks biggest.

Who actually decides?

National MoDs, primes, integrators, EU mechanisms such as EIC, and NATO innovation mechanisms including DIANA and the NATO Innovation Fund.

What do we need to prove?

Turning battlefield validation into a case a European buyer, investor or institution can assess.

Scope

What this isn't

  • I'm not a full-service marketing agency
  • I don't build large outsourced teams around clients
  • I don't sell generic market reports
  • I don't promise NATO contracts — NATO is one door among many
How I work

Five steps, no unnecessary layers

01Understand

Your product, current position, ambitions and constraints.

02Map

The relevant ecosystem: buyers, competitors, partners, entry points.

03Decide

The most promising route, and the assumptions that need testing.

04Connect

Relevant people, companies and specialists, where useful.

05Advise

I can stay involved while your team executes. You keep the operations.
